Mr. Niebler focuses his practice on commercial law and business litigation. His forty plus years of experience in the private practice of law extends across matters involving international joint venture agreements, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, business start-ups, contract negotiation, business litigation, construction law, real estate acquisition and development, trust and estate planning, and complex business reorganizations and work-outs. Mr. Niebler has tried cases in federal or state courts in Wisconsin, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, Germany and The Netherlands Antilles and has handled appeals in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, Wisconsin Supreme Court, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and an amicus curiae in the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Niebler co-founded the law firm of Miller & Niebler, S.C. in 1972, left there in 1982 to co-found the law firm of Niebler & Muren, S.C. which, after twenty-three (23) years, was merged with Davis & Kuelthau, S.C. in September 2003. Mr. Niebler left Davis & Kuelthau, S.C. in November 2005 and co-founded Niebler & Roth, LLP.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Niebler also co-founded HomMed LLC in 1999, a start-up company which developed and marketed an at home vital signs medical device for transmission to a central medical station; he drafted all legal documents for HomMed LLC and served as general counsel, an officer and board member until he sold his interest in December 2002. Shortly thereafter, HomMed LLC was acquired by Honeywell, Inc. in 2004 for $128 million. Mr. Niebler has also successfully developed residential subdivisions in Brookfield, Wisconsin and through his family investment company, of which he is President, has projects pending in Jackson, Wisconsin and Muskego, Wisconsin. He has been married to his bride, Mary Ellen Baldus, for forty years, has five wonderful children and ten very active grandchildren.
